In 2022, over 3,000 youth survivors of sextortion had been targeted nationally, according to a recent report from the US Department of Justice. In this session, we will discuss the dynamics of sextortion, how communities can recognize and respond to this prevalent crime through a trauma-informed and survivor-centered lens, and how to best support youth survivors of online sextortion.


:  Understanding the Complex Trauma of a Trafficking Survivor(4 Hours) This three-part series, presented by Heather Evans, LCSW, offers insight into the impacts of trafficking on survivors and provide recommendations and considerations for offering effective services and interventions. 

(1 hour, 30 min) In this recorded webinar, Judge Lori A. Dumas provides an overview federal and Pennsylvania laws regarding human trafficking, with a focus on commercial sexual exploitation of youth (CSEY). She also discusses risk factors for CSEY, and the importance of trauma-informed and collaborative response and prevention.
